I have no idea what latex is, apart from a rubber type substance.... So no.

I came across this link that mentions how to include Math in a web page. https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/23804/how-to-incorporate-tex-into-a-website
If Math is included in the question web page on this forum then questions in forum can have Math content like Calculus, Algebra etc.
Latex and Tex are very similar and both allow Math content to be rendered using some special syntax.

TimyMCE does support a Math Plugin, not sure its what youre after, but sort of answers the question...
See: http://www.wiris.com/solutions/tinymce
Also there is special character Plugin: https://www.tinymce.com/docs/demo/classic/
Hope this helps.
